Refund Policy:
If for some reason class attendance is impossible, please bring the original receipt to the Green Valley office at least 24 hours before the class begins. No refunds will be approved once the class has started except by the administrator or if the class is cancelled. Upon presenting your original receipt and the refund request form, a check will be mailed to you within 6 to 8 weeks. A $10.00 processing fee will be charged for refunds. Textbooks and supplies are nonrefundable. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks. Refunds are processed per semester, only in the semester the class was scheduled.
